The cake above was for Hayley's first communion. The cake is yellow butter cake with fresh strawberry filling. It is frosted in buttercream and the flowers are royal icing in dark purple fading into pastel purple down the sides of the cake.
The cupcakes were made with more of the royal icing flowers. They are strawberry lemonade flavored and funfetti yellow cake with buttercream grass.
